1 - Cleanse
Use a vegetable based soap to cleanse and energize your feet. Use a nail brush to get those toenails too!
2 - Soothe
Submerge your feet into a bucket or foot bath or very warm water. Add a foot soak product such as our Shea Butter Jet-Spa Soothing Foot & Body Soak or any other foot soak product you may have.
3 - Exfoliate & Scrub
Use a loofah, pumice brush or an exfoliating soap to get rid of any dead skin cells.
4 - Tame
Toenails need to be tamed with scissors and or nail clippers. Cut straight across to avoid ingrown nails.
5 - Soften
After you have dried your feet and toes thoroughly; moisturize your feet with our Shea Butter Exfoliating Foot Cream or a soothing peppermint lotion. For extra softening use booties on your feet while you sleep to seal in moisture.
